Seasonal maintenance
Annual maintenance of your equipment is recommended to preserve its energy efficiency and maintain air quality in your home.
Every year, we’ll inspect your system and conduct a complete maintenance program of:
- Exterior units: compressor, valves, high and low pressure controls, gas levels, condenser.
- Indoor units: fan, evaporation coil, amperage, condensate drain, control components.
- Accessories (if applicable): air filters, humidifier, air exchanger, UV lamp, heating and air conditioning coils, etc.
